Gratitude is the Attitude

In this episode, learn 4 actionable steps to easily cultivate an attitude of gratitude every single day. If you practice these and make the commitment to allow in abundance, you open the door to everything you want. 

When we are truly in a flow of gratitude, you see your completeness. You want for nothing because you already have all that you need.

When you say I want it, I want it ... you’re sending the universe a message that says "I don't have it.”  Don’t block the blessing.

How can you apply this to your podcast so that it becomes a megaphone sending love and abundance to the universe so that it bounces back to you in ways that you can’t image?

To make this actionable for those of you who LOVE strategy and step by steps, here are some things you can do every day to make graditude your number 1 daily habit:

1. Every day make a list of three things that you’re grateful for that podcasting has brought into your life

2. Name the three feelings that go with the three things that you’re grateful for. Close your eyes and meditate on them. Feel then completely.

3. If you practiced gratitude as your main podcasting, what do you think you would you create?

4. As you go to your day pay attention to the times when you feel scarcity thoughts or are in a lack mindset and remind yourself that this is your inner GPS showing you that you are not in an attitude of gratitude.
