Known for sweet-sounding pop songs such as the ubiquitous "The Way I Am," New York-based Ingrid Michaelson has primetime television largely to thank for her propulsion into mainstream radio. Raised by artistic parents and schooled on the piano from an early age, the indie songstress has contributed a handful of happy-go-lucky tracks to hit shows like "Grey's Anatomy" and "One Tree Hill," and even an ad campaign for Old Navy.
