Dr. Andy Galpin is a Professor at CSU Fullerton. He is a Human Performance Scientist with a PhD in Human Bioenergetics & Muscle Physiology. Andy is a well-known fitness expert and has coached and consulted elite athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, PGA, and MMA. He has written a best-selling book, Unplugged, and co-founded three companies: BioMolecular Athlete, Absolute Rest, and RAPID Health and Performance.
