Erik\\xa0Ofgang\\xa0is a senior writer at Connecticut Magazine, and the author\\xa0of\\xa0Buzzed: Beers, Booze, & Coffee Brews \\u2014 Where to Enjoy the Best Craft Beverages in New England. His next book\\xa0Gillette Castle: A History\\xa0is scheduled to be released by History Press. He has previously contributed to\\xa0The Associated Press, Tablet Magazine\\xa0and\\xa0Westchester Magazine.\\xa0In addition to teaching at Western Connecticut State University's MFA Program, he teaches journalism at Mercy College in New York. While a student in WCSU's MFA program, he had the honor\\xa0of\\xa0serving as the inaugural editor\\xa0of\\xa0the MFA's literary journal\\xa0Poor Yorick.\\xa0
