We often watch a scene of a mental therapy session on television where one person lays on the couch while opening up to a psychiatrist. However, is that an actual process of a psychotherapy session?

Prof Dr. Marhani Midin, Professor and Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at Dept of Psychiatry, Hosp Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, UKM, shares with us some insights into the actual process of psychotherapy sessions rather than just laying on the couch.
