I\\u2019m Emily\\nBHH-Book, what\\u2019s in the book. Head, what you think of the book. Heart, what the life lesson is\\nREADING PLAN- Plan how much you will read each night or day.\\nVISUALIZE- Visualize means that you make events play out in your head like a movie while reading.\\nREAD IN CHUNKS- Reading in chunks means to read small bits of the book, take a break for two minutes, then start reading again.\\nINDEX CARD- Write down things in your book that you think is important and use the index card as a bookmark when you have filled a card. You can even write down quotes that you like. Quotes can sometimes be used to figure out the moral of the story. Teachers are likely to let you use your cards during an AR Test.\\nCHAPTER SUMMARY- Write at least 3 major events after each chapter. It may even help you to find a favorite quote after each chapter.\\nRCW-Read a few pages, close your book, write down what you remember.\\nSLOW DOWN WHEN READING- slow down when reading so you can think about what\\u2019s happening in the book.\\nThanks for listening to our podcast.
