-7.4 seconds to make as first impression (changed since 2018 when it was 6 seconds)
-If content is King then Comments are Queen and we should make comments that are more than one word, preferably two sentences and be insightful
-We should think - How can I get this to be better
-How can we help people more
-Always try something new and keep showing up
