He had 5 companies by the age of 21, doing different things. He started a marketing agency doing ads for small businesses on Facebook. When Josh learned that getting and keeping customers was hard, he realized that, that was something he did not want to something he did not love to do. He needed to make a major shift in what he was doing, because he loved his customers and marketing, but he did not like feeling like he was begging for their business.
