b'On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman speaks with Becky and Ben from Tribe of Ghosts live at Bloodstock Festival in Derbyshire, UK.

Pipeman starts by asking them to define their music without using a genre, which is something Becky is appreciative of because she says it\\u2019s hard to define their music. She describes their music as atmospheric and dynamic with influences from extreme metal, but also pop and post rock. Ben agrees and says it\\u2019s the contrast which makes them unique, sighting the floaty sections, but also the punch in the face parts of their music.

Becky goes on to tell the story of how they got to play in Bloodstock, which started at the beginning of this year when they changed from a 5 piece band to a 4 piece band and replaced their second guitarist with some creative alternatives. From there they entered Metal to the Masses for Brighton and managed to win the competition, allowing them to play at Bloodstock, despite having done less than 10 gigs in their current configuration.

Becky talks about how the pandemic was really a blessing in disguise for the band as with their second guitarist leaving, they may never have gotten creative and gotten to the point they are today, which was thanks to the extra time they had over the last two years.

After Bloodstock, it\\u2019s recording time for the band, who are going to start recording the new album in October, which will hopefully be available some time next year so keep your eyes peeled for that!
