The guys talk about how incredible it was, having just come off the stage moments before the interview, with the heat and the intensity of the crowd. One of the band members has never been to a festival before this one.

Cast In Tephra are another band which got to play Bloodstock thanks to the Metal To The Masses competition, this time in Newcastle. The type of music they play is niche and quite heavy so their expectations were low, but they got through the rounds and eventually won.

Touching on the topic of their music, they go into more detail on it, describing it as dark, heavy and evil. They say they want to push the boundaries of how heavy they can go with their music, with plenty of hints of many different types of metal. They also touch on being your own artist and coming up with a unique sound, while accepting that not everyone is going to love it.
