b'The WesGold Fellows is a highly intensive summer internship program focusing on personal and professional development. Over the course of eight weeks, 15 high school students are guided through curriculum based instruction, experiential learning opportunities, uniquely engaging field trips, and professional development training. Last month I had the pleasure of hosting the highschool students taking part in the program. Afterwards I brought them into the studio to for an interview to get their views on the things adults don\'t understand about teens, their hopes and fears and their visions of their futures. It was a great and eye opening conversation. I think you\'ll enjoy hearing these bright young people as much as I did.
