Kena Sears-Brown, Director of Continuing Professional Education & Workforce Initiatives at Drexel University Goodwin College of Professional Studies talks about their Manufacturing Career Accelerator Program (MCAP) \\u2013 No cost 5 week workforce readiness program for unemployed people of color and women. The program is designed to prepare people for manufacturing careers with regional employees. MCAP graduates earn industry certifications and develop career building skills. Classes are held on Drexel University campus beginning April 4.
