Besides Black History Month and Heart Month \\u2013 February always means the African American Children\\u2019s Book Fair \\u2013 one of Philadelphia\\u2019s most precious institutions. I speak to its founder, Vanesse Lloyd-Sgambati about this year\'s event which will include a virtual preview February 5th and an in person event February 26th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
