Social justice is very much tied to educational equity. We\\u2019re going to look at both ends of the age spectrum \\u2013 first with Dr. Guy Generals President of Community College of Philadelphia. The College is offering the Octavius Catto Scholarship which will make tuition free for hundreds of first-time, full-time students at Community College of Philadelphia.
