b'Loraine Ballard Morrill speaks with Liz Scott the co-founder of Alex\\u2019s Lemonade Foundation which raises millions of dollars to advance research in curing pediatric Cancer. Liz talks about her remarkable daughter Alex who by the time she succumbed to cancer at the age of 8 \\u2013 raised more than a million dollars to help doctors find a cure. Her legacy continues as her foundation marks its 15th Anniversary. Liz talks about Lemonade Days, an annual week-long event in which supporters are encouraged to host lemonade stands June 1-9 (there will be thousands throughout the country). To kick it off, Alex\\u2019s Original (AO) will be held on June 1 at Penn Wynne Elementary School (Alex\\u2019s former school). The Great Chefs Event Philadelphia will also take place on June 8 at Urban Outfitters Headquarters in the Navy Yard. This culinary delight will feature 40 chefs from around the country and their tasty offerings as well as a beer garden and kids zone complete with interactive food demos, a donut wall and much more!
