Loraine Ballard Morrill interviews Atif Bostic, Chair of OICA’s Board of Directors and Executive Director of Uplift about Ren-Entry Month and The SOAR (Skills and Opportunities for Achievement & Responsibility), re-entry program, serves young adults between the ages of 18–24 who have been involved in the juvenile or adult justice system to make a successful transition back into their communities. the SOAR program designed to assist returning citizens reintegrate into society. OICA is also sponsoring a Resource and Reentry Job Fair June 8th.

Loraine speaks with Cheryl Wadlington, founder of Evoluer House – free a highly effective mentoring program for teen girls of color 13-18 now taking applications. Also interviewed Tracie Gilbert, lead trainer who talks about some of the challenges facing girls in this age of #metoo.
