The Rise and Dream Philly Teen Conference sponsored by Youth Service, Inc. and Health Promotion Council\\u2019s Advocacy Institute takes place on Saturday May 18th at Temple University 1755 N. 13th Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. iHeartMedia Philadelphia\'s Loraine Ballard Morrill spoke with youth from the Advocacy Institute who are participating in the event which gives young people tools to become active and bring change to their communities especially around the issues of vaping and tobacco use.
