But that\\u2019s not who Kensington is \\u2013 its community activists and residents are coming together as never before to push the city to come up with a comprehensive plan to deal with this crisis. Loraine Ballard Morrill checks in with City Councilwoman Maria Quinones Sanchez whose district covers that neighborhood.
