We know that exercise is the key to a long and healthy life but a lot of our kids are not getting the exercise they need. Loraine Ballard Morrill talks with Scott Ely - VP Operations and Tamara Conan, Director of Healthy Kids Running Series about their five week program for kids from pre-k to 8th grade. Jessica Craft gave up a high paying job in finance to co-found Rock to the Future - which offers free music education to kids. Loraine chats with Jessica about the program their upcoming Music for all Ball on April 14th. This year marks the 28th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Loraine talks with Leah Yaw Sr VP. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health and Aaron Muderick founder and CEO of Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty. Devereux offers job training for individuals on the disability spectrum and Muderick is one of the forward thinking company owners who successfully offer employment to the differently abled. They discuss the importance to understanding the potential of this workforce.
