Jessica Craft gave up a high paying job in finance to co-found Rock to the Future - which offers free music education to kids. Loraine talks with Leah Yaw Sr VP. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health and Aaron Muderick founder and CEO of Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty. Devereux offers job training for individuals on the disability spectrum and Muderick is one of the forward thinking company owners who successfully offer employment to the differently abled. They discuss the importance to understanding the potential of this workforce.
