Stepping Stones Scholars offers academic enrichment programs for youth with the aim of completing high school and going on to College. The program has an outstanding record achieving this goal and for the 6th year they are sponsoring The Step Into College Conference which provides students, their families, and counselors with essential college preparation, guidance and informational resources. Loraine Ballard Morrill speaks with Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown, a long time sponsor of the event, Sean Vereen, President of Stepping Stone Scholars and David Forde, Vice President, Community and Government Affairs at the University of the Sciences which is hosting the conference.
