Thousands of candles\xa0\ncan be lighted\xa0\nfrom a single candle,\xa0\nand the life of the candle\xa0\nwill not be shortened.\xa0\n\nThe Buddah\n\nThe world is a better place for the life of a young man by the name of Jacob Tinkoff. \xa0\n\nIf you haven\u2019t heard, it breaks my heart to tell you of this worlds loss of my friend Adam Tinkoff\u2019s son, Jacob. \xa0\n\nNo parent should have to endure such tragedy alone.\xa0 So now you know, and now together, we mourn.\n\nJacob, or Jake to his friends,\xa0 was a good, kind and sweet young man. \xa0\n\nHe was also a\xa0 passionately talented musician. He was an accomplished string bassist.\n\nThe music you'll hear on this podcast was from a series of youtube videos Adam had posted over the past few yeasr, featuring\xa0 Jacob playing bass in his orchestra.\n\nNot long ago, Adam spoke to me about the very real and powerful phenomenon of creating waves of love and joy in the world. \xa0\n\nAs humans, we create content, thoughts and beauty...which spread out like ripples in a pond, touching the hearts and souls of other people, who in turn are inspired, or infused with a need to create their own positive waves of love and joy.\n\nThe Buddha said \u201cThousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened.\u201d \xa0\n\nThese waves of light, love and beauty are generated by a single source, and spread throughout the universe of people in ways that we can hardly understand, but are deeply effected by...and as long as that light shines, as long as that love propagates, the life of the source cannot be shortened.\n\nJacob Tinkoff is a beautiful soul, who has touched the lives of many people...and today, through this music, his love will touch you and change you in meaningful and subtle waves.\n\n\u201cTo Write Love on Her Arms\u201d is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. \xa0\n\nAdam and his family asks that in lieu of flowers you make a donation "To Write Love On Her Arms". \xa0\n\nYou can find them online at \n\nPlease keep Jacob, Adam and the Tinkoff family in your prayers.\n\nThe Buddha wrote that:\n\n\u201cAll things appear and disappear because of the concurrence of causes and conditions.
