Danny currently stars in \\u201cMoulin Rouge: The Musical\\u201d which earned him a Tony Award for \\u2018Best Featured Actor in a Musical\\u2019 last year. He also earned previous Tony nominations for his work in \\u201cThe Drowsy Chaperone\\u201d, \\u201cSouth Pacific\\u201d, \\u201cCabaret\\u201d, \\u201cFollies\\u201d, \\u201cFiddler on the Roof\\u201d, and \\u201cGolden Boy\\u201d. Danny currently stars as Ebeneezer Scrooge in the new musical available to stream, called \\u201cEstella Scrooge\\u201d, a modern retelling of Charles Dickens classic \\u201cA Christmas Carol\\u201d. He was married for twenty years to the luminous Broadway leading lady Rebecca Luker who lost her battle with ALS last December. Danny talks about his life, his career, his near fatal experience with Covid, losing his wife Rebecca, and what he realizes matters most in life.
