Krista began her journey in real estate in 2009 by acquiring single-family homes on Long Island, NY, and rehabilitating them for resale but then transitioned into multifamily acquisitions in 2012. Her legal background has afforded her the skill set necessary to navigate the host of legal documents and issues that are involved when raising private capital to acquire and manage multi-family properties. To date, Krista has been involved in the acquisition of 164 units in OH, TN, AL and GA for a total purchase cost close to $5.5 million dollars and that required securing close to $2 million dollars of private equity.\\n\\xa0\\nKrista resides on Long Island with her husband and two children."
