32, Hey Tams

Anshita Tamanna Aggarwal was just a teen when her mom, Tamanna, passed away in April 2019. Anshita was there with her mom through her sickness, and cared for her as long as she was able. They were the best of friends. Anshita describes the double loss that she suffered when her mother was taken from her. She talks us through the wonderful person that her mother is, and how she copes with her loss almost two years into her grief journey.

One of the ways Anshita is helping herself through her own grief, is by helping others through theirs. Her book, Our time together is the greatest gift, is available on Amazon. In the book, Anshita describes Tams and their relationship in even more detail. Tams comes to Anshita in dreams all the time - listen to the very end for Tams' wish for Anshita.

Anshita has created a Facebook Group for other grieving souls. If you'd like to join, please do so here:
