23, With Love and Tomatoes pt 1

Published: Nov. 26, 2020, 6:21 p.m.

Missouri author Cindy McIntyre spends some time with me on today's episode. This is part 1 of 2.

Cindy is Parentless and explores both of her parents lives and their deaths. Cindy has used her experiences to put magic into the world in the form of her books, which can be purchased on Amazon.

Cindy shares about her experience with a few "signs" over the years, what led her to begin writing letters to her parents and then eventually writing her books.

Cindy's mother passed away soon after Thanksgiving, so the holidays are difficult for Cindy. Despite her aversion to poinsettias, she wishes it could be Christmas all year! It's this outlook on life and the will to continue going that has helped Cindy battle her grief and turn it into something that may help others.

Cindy's Books:

Eulogies Unspoken: Stories of Worth
Caring for Dad: With Love and Tomatoes
Love at the Center of Grief

Follow her on instagram for more info, and her books can be purchased on Amazon.com
