Bret Short on Hydrolazer, Joe Biden, Movies, and Life

A Mix of Dead Kennedys and Devo with a bunch of other stuff jammed in between, this trio from Northwest Indiana became a band over a formula mad scientist and bassist Dr. Benjamin Rose created in his lab of sounds. Dr. Rose then contacted a former colleague who had abandoned his practice due to a failed experiment that left former Dr. Brandon Michael Stringer into a muted beast that can only speak through rhythmic patterns. However, with Dr. Stringer’s devolved state he is capable of focusing energy into drums for a raw power Dr. Rose so desperately craved to balance his formula. Now, being lab dwellers, they needed a spokesman to sell their formula. Someone with talent, charisma, nuance, and debonair to take their product to the next level! Unfortunately, they were swindled by a character named “Bret, Son of Denver” to front their project... at least he’s loud and can play some keys. Together they formed Hydro Lazer, a not so glitzy sci-fi punk band that’s rough around many edges. But damn are they fun.
