Introducing For Life: The Podcast from Sony Music
Our True Crime Podcast is proud to announce FOR LIFE: The Podcast is a 6-part series exploring true stories of people who were wrongfully convicted, but held on to hope, and emerged from their injustices with incredible grace and purpose.
The podcast is from Sony Pictures Television and ABC Television, and is in collaboration with the new scripted drama series FOR LIFE, produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and inspired by the life of the show’s host Isaac Wright Jr.
Wright was wrongfully convicted of drug charges in 1991 and sentenced to life in prison. While there he taught himself the law and as a paralegal was able to help his fellow inmates get reduced sentences and released from their wrongful convictions. Eventually, he was able to get his conviction overturned and became a lawyer, and has continued to advocate for those in need.
Like Wright’s story, FOR LIFE: The Podcast explores other true stories of injustice, tests of character, love, faith… and triumphs of spirit.
