Under Virginia's Lemon Law statute, a vehicle manufacturer has the opportunity to cure an alleged "lemon." The issue, in this case, is whether, once the dealer does "cure" prior to a lawsuit being filed, the plaintiff can never the less recover his attorney fees. Suit was filed and dismissed and this is an appeal of that dismissal.\\xa0
