The Court of Appeals erred in finding the trial court did not abuse its discretion by sentencing appellant to 20 years with 11 years suspended on manufacturing methamphetamine (CR17000392-00) and 10 years all suspended on possess precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine (CR17000393-00) with all suspended time on all charges conditioned on 5 years of supervised probation and 5 years good behavior.
