Upon an appeal from a judgment rendered by the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond.  

 

Upon consideration of the appellee's motion to dismiss, the appellants' response thereto, and the argument of counsel, the Court holds that the trustee is a necessary party. Accordingly, the Court grants the motion and the appeal is dismissed.

 

This order shall be certified to the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond.
