The lower court erred in concluding that the Plaintiff/Appellant’s Amended Complaint fails to state any cause of action against Defendants/Appellees, Church of God in Christ, Inc. or Gospel Tabernacle Church of God in Christ, Inc., and sustaining a demurrer to the Amended Complaint on all counts as to those parties, where the Amended Complaint sets out allegations of each element of each cause of action.
