Utkars Jain and his startup HEARTio are making a splash in the Oracle startup program. The startup took won the hearts of industry analysts in the Startup Idol pitch competition, and it’s easy to understand why. The technology, which uses artificial intelligence to triage cardiac patients so doctors can address life threatening conditions faster, has already received a breakthrough designation from the FDA.
