#555: The Mindset I Adopt When I Don't Know The First Step & Have To Figure It Out

b'99% of entrepreneurship is having to \\u2018figure things out\\u2019 \\u2013 here\\u2019s the process I use when I don\\u2019t know where to start\\nI don\\u2019t know if anyone has ever told you this, but 99% of entrepreneurship is figuring things out when you have no idea what to do.\\xa0\\nThat\\u2019s not an exact statistic, but you get the point.\\xa0\\nI can\\u2019t tell you how many times I\'ve set a goal without having the slightest clue on the first step to take. And I\\u2019m talking about big goals \\u2013 like writing a book, and adding an entire sales department to my team.\\nFor me, having to get a little scrappy in order to figure something out is one of the most exciting parts of being an entrepreneur. I like being resourceful, I like learning new things, and I also get a ton of satisfaction out of creating something from nothing.\\nBut the thing is, the fact that \\u2018figuring it out\\u2019 is exciting and not overwhelming to me is because I have a very specific mindset I adopt when I\\u2019m facing a new challenge.\\xa0\\nAnd in this episode, I\\u2019m going to share what that mindset is.
