We're a week into the inaugural WPL and Mumbai are flying high! There are some more Irish contracts and we chat about International Women's Day 2023. It's been a snow day here in Birmingham so it's hard to believe that warm up matches are starting in just a few weeks time. This week, we are joined by former England academy and Kent cricketer, Deanna Cooper who currently plays as a defender for Reading in the Women's Super League. It was great to chat all about football and cricket but also the development of women's sport and the challenges of professionalism.
