This is Nostalgia Pirates! 

Today we are watching The Fifth Element, one of my all-time favorite movies, starring Bruce Willis, Mila Jovovitch, and Chris Tucker as the unforgettable Ruby Rhod. This sci-fi adventure, hit the screens in 1997 when we were all still convinced cars would be flying by now and that we\\u2019d be dressed in neon plastic on a regular basis.

And we\\u2019re not watching it alone! Our special guest today is film director and television writer Brit Wigintton. Her films have won Jury prizes and International Design awards. Her pilot ranked top 50 in the 2018 Women in Film x Black List Episodic Lab. And her most recent writing credit includes Freeform\\u2019s Good Trouble. Check it out when you get the chance!
