Conflict is the key to laughter and peace. When we hear a funny joke, we experience conflict. Every time we laugh, we do so because of the conflict in the premise. The following is a neutral position, which won’t include laughter. Every time we hear a joke, this occurs A, B, and three.

We would assume the series would be A, B, and C. However, the twist in the third part brings conflict. After we analyze it, we can see how the speaker got there. Finally, we realize that the number three fits in place of C.

Here is how conflict is the key to peace as well. Conflict brings up emotions that make us try to justify how things should be versus asking the question, why is a particular situation bothering me? What is this coming up in me? Everything in life plays like this, and it’s an opportunity. If we let it, conflict can mean that we get to get better. It’s inevitable; life is going to bring you to these circumstances.

Imagine being made out of wood, and there’s a doorway shaped precisely like you. And you’re supposed to walk through that doorway, but you have a knot that will not let you through. You don’t quite fit through the door, and life brings you people and circumstances that act like sandpaper to rub this knot down.

What happens when you shy away from conflict? We invite you to watch this video and find out.
