Published: Dec. 22, 2021, 2:31 p.m.

In the world of workers’ compensation, there are three main people involved - the injured worker, the worker’s attorney, and the insurance adjuster. Most of the time, the parties work through the claim with relative ease. Tracey Stallings has many years as a claims representative working with attorneys in the workers’ compensation process. We discussed these situations with Tracey and how the parties should work toward solutions with relative ease.
