NOMBERG LAW LIVE: Jack Jacobs - Black Lung Cases, still the Scourge with Alabama Coal Miners.

Published: Feb. 21, 2022, 2 p.m.

The Federal Black Lung Act provides benefits for miners and their families when the coal miner develops a disabling respiratory condition. Alabama has a long history of underground coal miners who develop these serious conditions from work. Jack and his firm have represented thousands of clients in these claims. We talked with Jack about how his firm successfully handles these cases. We also discussed cases involving injured railroad workers. Thank you, Jack, for spending some time with us today.
