Released in 2002, this remake of a Norwegian film of the same name was both a box office and critical hit, and certainly helped Nolan seal the deal on Batman Begins.

The film tells the story of a homicide detective investigating the murder in a town where the sun doesn\\u2019t set, and stars Al Pacino, Robin Williams and Hilary Swank.
