043: College Grads and Minimum Wage Workers of Today - The One Thing They Have in Common

Published: Sept. 8, 2014, 8:30 a.m.

One of the reasons the middle class is disappearing is because they are leveraged up to  their necks in debt and Student Loan Debt is definitely a big part of that problem.

Today however, aside from having mountains of  student loans to repay, almost 1 in 2 college grads is leaving college and is not finding work that requires a college degree - yet, so many of them continue to think College is worth it. Why?

Also, today Minimum Wage workers have decided that they've had enough and mass protests are happening all over the country in a fight for $15 per hour.

The gap between the rich and poor is widening more and more and middle-class and poor are getting poorer! [TweetThis]

Believe it or not, I believe that these two stories and these two groups - minimum wage workers and college grads - have a lot in common.

In this episode I share with you why I believe that is the case and why it's important for you to pay attention to what is happening even if you don't fall into either of theses categories.
