b'Game Warden Reserve Lieutenant James Kocijanski, our most recent NDOW Volunteer of the Month, will be retiring at the end of the year. Kocijanski, better known to most as \\u201cKozz,\\u201d has been an essential member of the NDOW Law Enforcement Division for the last decade.
