This includes a new effort for the North American Bat Monitoring Program (NABat), an international interagency program designed to monitor bat\\u202fdistributions on public and private lands. NDOW\\u2019s effort with NABat includes acoustic work involving specialized detectors that record bat calls to help us determine which bat species live in which parts of the state.
