Coming to you from Nebraska, North Dakota  and Alaska, Tim Lightner (Alaska CSSD) hosts NCSEA\\u2019s outgoing President,  Lori Bengston (YoungWilliams) and incoming President, Jim Fleming (IV-D  Director of North Dakota\\u2019s Child Support program).  They have a  conversation about their roles in the child support program, and their  years of service with NCSEA.  Lori talks about her challenges,  achievements, and successes, as well as her greatest rewards  in serving as NCSEA\\u2019s President this year.  Jim discusses his theme of  engagement, some of the areas of focus for this coming year and what he  hopes to accomplish.  They talk about the changing of NCSEA\\u2019s name to  the National Child Support Engagement Association:   what it means and why it is important.  Listen as they share their  visions and perspectives and reflect on the work that NCSEA does.
