This episode is hosted by Tim Lightner (Alaska CSSD) and Ann Marie Ruskin (Executive Director, NCSEA), as they welcome the immediate past-President, and current President of our sister-organization, The National Tribal Child Support Association (NTCSA). Our guests include Sandy Cloer who is the current President of the association. Sandy is the Child Support Director of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians in western North Carolina. Also on the program is Marsha Harlan, the immediate past President who just completed her second term in that role. Marsha is an attorney and a tribal court judge working in multiple programs across the country. Listen as they have an engaging conversation about his history and origin of NTCSA and striving to improve the quality of life for Indian children through communication, training, and public awareness.
