In this episode, Heather and Rachelle head to Boulder, Colorado to discuss Scott Lee Kimball.. Boulder County native Scott Kimball was known as a career criminal and conman whom had an uncanny ability to convince people to give him the benefit of the doubt. In fact, he was so charming, that he was able to convince the FBI…the fucking FBI to release him from prison on December 18, 2002 so that he could become a PAID informant for them!  He was known as “Hannibal” or “Joe Snitch” and took the lives of at least 4 people…including his own uncle.  He is serving a sentence of 70 years after pleading guilty in 2009 to two counts of second degree murder; one for his uncle and another for Kaysi McLeod, Jennifer Marcum, and LeAnn Emry.
