In this episode, Courtney is back with another history-filled case involving a midwife who committed a TON of infanticide. Miyuki Ishikawa was born in 1897 and is believed to have murdered somewhere between 85 and 169 infants with the help of accomplices throughout the 1940s in Tokyo, Japan. Her sentence behind bars was a mere 4 years, which is quite light considering that her death toll is higher than any other serial killer in Japan.
