In this episode, Heather and Rachelle travel to Charlotte, NC to discuss a man who confesses to the murder of at least 10 women.  Since Rachelle LOVES Taco Bell; she takes the lead in this episode!  Henry Louis Wallace aka the Taco Bell Strangler is currently awaiting execution at Central Prison in Raleigh, North Carolina.  His crime spree lasted from early 1990 until his capture in 1994.
