b'The world of government and hacking could soon collide.\\xa0 The U.S. just launched a program called Cyber Fast Track.\\xa0 It will fund what the government calls quick and dirty security research projects.\\xa0The program launched at this year\\u2019s Black Hat conference in Las Vegas and will accept proposals for research projects lasting up to 12 months offering new benefits for the US defense and military agencies.\\n The Philippines is turning to the Internet to help catch child predators.\\xa0 The country\\u2019s primary investigative agency\\u2014Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)\\u2014has launched a website where people can report internet-related crimes involving\\xa0children. \\xa0The website, called \\u201cAngel Net,\\u201d will serve as an online complaint center on incidents of identity theft, and other cybercrimes involving children.\\xa0\\n You can add Paul McCartney to the many people allegedly hacked by reporters from the now defunct News of the World Newspaper.\\xa0 The former Beatle addressed reporters and confirmed that\\xa0he has been drawn into the UK hacking scandal.'
