The Institue for Human Services, along with Franklin and Athens County Children's Services (Ohio) share their competency-based Training Program that uses competencies & core learning objectives as the basis of its training system. Rhode Island Dept. of Children, Youth and Families and Center for Human Servcies also discuss their Individual Learning Needs Assessment Survey which is used to support on-the-job training and assessment by supervisors.
