Fostering Change for Children (NYC) shares information about their Children’s Corps program: a strategic recruitment, screening & selection process. Inspired by Teach for America and adapted for child welfare, Children’s Corps was created by Fostering Change for Children to create a community of practice for child welfare caseworkers, with training and support systems embedded into their two-year experience and beyond.
